As a Barista at Costa Coffee, you’ll provide exceptional customer service and as part of a team to deliver our fantastic store standards. Costa Coffee offers over 40 beverage options that are hot, cold, and iced as well as offering fresh baked products in store, patisserie items, hot breakfast, and lunch on the go Costa Coffee prides itself on supporting the local community and giving back to its customers with a wealth of offers, loyalty and NHS discounts.

Job Responsibility:

Interact with customers to understand their favourite food and beverage preferences
Deliver 'best in town' standards through presentation standards, availability
Have great product knowledge to sell and recommend our products and services
Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs and make recommendations
Working as part of a winning Team

Requirements:

A passion for providing a great customer experience
Good communication and listening skills
