  • Keep the facility clean, organized, and always ready for customers
  • Oversee the first day swimmer process: wristbands, tours, lane walks, and follow up
  • Own daily enrollment goals — calling, texting, and following up on leads, and holding the Front Desk team accountable to the same standard
  • Track lead pipeline, conversion rates, and enrollment trends — and bring actionable insights and recommendations to the GM, not just the numbers
  • Handle common objections and coach the Front Desk team to do the same with confidence
  • Coach Front Desk staff through side-by-side support, regular feedback, and formal performance evaluations — issuing corrective action when needed and making hiring recommendations to the GM
  • Plan monthly community events and build local partnerships
  • Serve as the Manager on Duty during assigned shifts - responsible for the full operation of the school, stepping in across aquatics, front desk, and facilities wherever the team needs support and ensuring every area is running at the Goldfish standard
