Job Description

As Wedding Planning Manager, you will oversee the planning, coordination and delivery of weddings at the Hillgrove Hotel & Spa. Working closely with couples, suppliers and internal hotel departments, you will ensure that each wedding is personalised, seamless and memorable. From the first consultation through to the wedding day itself, you will guide couples through the planning process and ensure their vision becomes a reality.

  • Guide couples through every stage of the planning journey
  • Conduct venue tours and consultations with prospective clients
  • Maintain strong relationships with couples, ensuring a positive and stress-free experience
  • Create detailed wedding timelines, floor plans and event schedules
  • Coordinate closely with departments including Food & Beverage, Kitchen, Accommodation, and Events Operations
  • Ensure all wedding-related activities run smoothly and on schedule
  • Assist couples in selecting trusted suppliers such as florists, photographers and entertainers
  • Liaise with vendors to coordinate logistics and ensure seamless collaboration
  • Manage wedding budgets and provide accurate cost estimates
  • Monitor revenue targets and ensure financial accuracy

Requirements

  • High attention to detail and commitment to delivering outstanding service

  • Qualification in Hospitality Management, Event Management, or a related field

  • Prepare tailored wedding proposals, quotations and contracts, ensuring that each recommendation reflects the Hotel’s positioning, available venues, package inclusions, menu options and revenue objectives
  • Conduct compelling site inspections of the Hotel’s wedding venues, including the Four Seasons Ballroom, Crescent Ballroom, solemnisation venues, guest rooms, suites and relevant food and beverage spaces where appropriate
  • Build strong relationships with wedding couples, families, wedding planners, bridal partners and relevant industry contacts to generate referrals, repeat business and market advocacy
  • Maintain an active understanding of Singapore’s wedding market, including competitor pricing, package inclusions, venue positioning, bridal trends, auspicious dates, seasonal demand patterns and customer expectations
  • Drive wedding catering revenue by achieving or exceeding assigned sales targets, conversion goals and booking pace expectations
  • Collaborate with the Director of Catering and Conference Services on wedding sales strategy, pricing recommendations, promotional initiatives and tactical action plans to maximise wedding revenue
