Job Responsibility

Drive wedding-related event sales for Study Hall Rooftop Lounge and Residence Inn Berkeley function space
Manage the full wedding sales cycle, from lead response and tours through contracting and execution
Support targeted social media activation that generates qualified wedding leads
Serve as the primary point of contact for wedding clients from inquiry through post-event follow-up
Prepare and distribute accurate event documentation (BEOs, timelines, floor plans)
Partner closely with Culinary, Banquets, Front Office, and Hotel Leadership to ensure seamless execution
Collaborate with Sparkle Digital Marketing to promote Study Hall as a wedding destination
Develop partnerships with wedding planners, coordinators, and preferred vendors
