Job Description

Our hotel, part of The iNUA Collection, is now looking for a talented and organised Wedding Coordinator to join our team! In this role, you will: Be the primary point of contact for couples planning their wedding at our stunning hotel. Oversee all aspects of wedding planning and execution, from initial consultations to the big day itself. Manage budgets, vendor relationships, and logistics to ensure a seamless and stress-free experience for our couples. Develop creative and personalised wedding proposals that reflect each couple's unique vision. Ensure exceptional guest service and attention to detail on the wedding day.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in wedding coordination or a related field
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with couples, vendors, and hotel team members
  • A keen eye for detail and a passion for creating beautiful and memorable events
  • A flexible and positive attitude, with the ability to work effectively under pressure
