We are seeking a passionate Wedding & Events Executive to join our Sales team at one of Sydney’s most distinctive wedding destinations. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in creating unforgettable wedding celebrations, working closely with couples from their first enquiry through to confirmation and handover to our operational teams. You will combine strong sales capability with genuine care for clients, ensuring every wedding is thoughtfully planned, beautifully presented and seamlessly delivered. As the first point of contact for weddings and social celebrations, you will guide couples through venue tours, consultations and the planning journey with confidence and attention to detail. Building trust, excitement and strong relationships will be central to your success as you convert enquiries into confirmed bookings and help bring each couple’s vision to life. Job Responsibility
Drive wedding and social event sales through proactive enquiry management and conversion
Build strong relationships with couples and clients from enquiry through to event handover
Conduct personalised venue tours, consultations and client meetings
Prepare tailored proposals, quotations and contracts to convert enquiries into confirmed bookings
Proactively follow up leads to maximise conversion and revenue outcomes
Act as the primary client contact, ensuring a seamless and memorable wedding journey
Coordinate all wedding details prior to handover to operational teams for flawless execution
Attend selected weddings and events as required to support the client experience
Meet and exceed wedding and social event sales targets
Develop relationships and represent the hotel at showcases, expos and networking events
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional wedding and event experiences
Requirements
Previous experience in weddings, events or hospitality sales
Experience working directly with brides, couples and social event clients highly regarded
A genuine passion for weddings, celebrations and creating memorable experiences
Strong relationship-building, communication and organisational skills
Confidence conducting venue tours, presentations and client meetings
Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
Commercial awareness with the ability to convert enquiries into confirmed business
High energy, enthusiasm and a proactive approach to achieving results
Experience within hotels, hospitality or events industries is advantageous
Qualifications in Hospitality, Events, Marketing or Business is advantageous
