Job Description:

We are seeking digital experienced and helpful individuals like you to join our diverse team of Wedding Admins in Cyprus.

Job Responsibility:

Receiving and processing wedding bookings from the UK and confirming the date with the Town Hall and Hotels across the island
Entering bookings in the database and following up correspondence with guests
Preparing pro-forma invoices for the wedding extras and payments
Checking availability of local suppliers related to the wedding orders and services
Selling pre-booked items for the wedding day
Achieving monthly and annual sales targets
When operationally needed, you may be required to attend the wedding to ensure all pre booked items are in place and the wedding runs smoothly

Requirements:

Previous experience in a customer service or sales role would be an advantage
Computer literate (Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word & Excel)
Can solve problems independently and embrace our digital culture
Exceptional communication skills. Fluency in English both written and verbal is required along with strong administration skills
Good prioritization, time management skills and problem-solving skills
Ability to work under pressure and flexible hours
