Job Description

We're looking for a Website & SEO Manager to own and scale Filigran’s global web experience, from structure and performance to search visibility and conversion. In this cross-functional role, you’ll collaborate with the broader Marketing and Revenue teams to ensure that our website reflects our evolving product suite and drives measurable business impact. You’ll be accountable for technical SEO, on-page and conversion rate optimization, and content pipeline operations, including evolving our strategy for emerging formats like AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) across AI search and modern answer platforms.

Job Responsibility

  • Define and execute Filigran’s global SEO strategy (technical, on-page, programmatic)
  • Lead a long-term roadmap for CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization), A/B testing, and UI/UX
  • Develop a forward-looking strategy for GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) and modern AI-driven search
  • Manage daily WordPress operations: publishing, updates, site structure, templates
  • Ensure site speed, accessibility, and mobile responsiveness meet industry best practices
  • Own the site architecture and evolve it to reflect our growing product and regional footprint
  • Lead web design across desktop and mobile, optimizing page layouts, and maintaining reusable Figma templates aligned with brand guidelines
  • Collaborate with agency partners for development support
  • Conduct ongoing site audits, keyword research, and competitive benchmarking
  • Launch and optimize product pages, campaign landing pages, and gated content
  • Own internal linking strategy and drive backlink growth
  • Partner with Content & Comms to optimize blog and content hubs for organic acquisition
  • Adapt content structure and metadata to surface in AI engines (ChatGPT, Perplexity…)
  • Track KPIs: traffic, bounce rate, conversion rate, etc.
  • Build dashboards and share monthly performance reports with insights and next steps
  • Work with Marketing Ops to improve tracking, attribution, and testing velocity

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience owning SEO and website performance in a B2B SaaS environment
  • Strong expertise in technical SEO, CRO, analytics, and CMS operations (WordPress)
  • Practical knowledge of HTML and CSS, with the ability to edit templates, troubleshoot layout issues, and implement changes without developer support
  • Proven track record of organic traffic growth and conversion improvement
  • Comfortable running site audits, setting KPIs, and communicating priorities clearly
  • Strong understanding of A/B testing, UI/UX optimization, and page performance metrics
  • Project management skills and ability to collaborate across Marketing, Product and Revenue teams
  • Awareness of accessibility and compliance standards (e.g. ADA, GDPR)

Nice to have

  • Experience in multi-product, multi-region, or PLG driven organizations
  • Familiarity with Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) or Generative Engine Optimization (GEO)
  • Ability to edit or structure content for SEO impact (not necessarily copywriting)

What we offer

  • Competitive pay + equity — everyone shares in our success
  • Remote-first, flexible, and balanced — work that fits your life
  • Your setup, your choice — pick the gear that works for you
