Job Description

The primary objective of this role is to support the Dropship onboarding process by accurately entering, updating, and maintaining product data across all relevant categories. This role is responsible for the execution of product setup and enrichment, ensuring every product is correctly attributed, categorised, and published on the website in line with data standards and timelines.

Job Responsibility

  • Support the Dropship onboarding process by accurately entering, updating, and maintaining product data across all relevant categories
  • Accurately list new products on the website, ensuring all information is correctly entered into the system
  • Liaise with the Internal Dropship team to obtain missing product data, clarify information, or resolve specification queries
  • Assist with product updates and change requests
  • Support image handling by uploading brand assets and basic editing or reformatting
  • Work cross-functionally with the Online Trading team to ensure product readiness for launches, campaigns, and key commercial moments
  • Help monitor enrichment queues and raise technical or data issues
  • Maintain high standards of product data quality
  • Keep documentation and trackers up to date

Requirements

  • Experience in a data entry, product administration, or ecommerce support role
  • Confident using spreadsheets (e.g. Excel or Google Sheets) to input and manage data
  • Comfortable working with digital systems or content management tools (CMS/PIM)
  • Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy and consistency
  • Proven ability to work to deadlines in a fast-paced or high-volume environment
  • Good communication skills
  • Organised and methodical, with the ability to manage repetitive tasks with care
  • A team player with a proactive and dependable approach to getting tasks done

Nice to have

Experience working with product data or supporting an ecommerce team (preferred but not essential)
