Job Description:

The Website Experience & Support Specialist is responsible for maintaining and optimizing website experiences for WORX client partners via Content Management Systems (CMS).

Job Responsibility:

  • Work in collaboration with UX, content/marketing, and technology teams to produce and implement strong content design for digital interfaces
  • Interface directly with WORX client partners to collect website content and strategize on implementation
  • Populate and maintain websites and landing pages utilizing various CMS platforms (ConcreteCMS, WordPress, Unbounce, etc.)
  • Optimize website content for SEO and metadata
  • Conduct regular website audits and remediations for ADA compliance using a 3rd party auditing system
  • Implement Google Tag Manager and event tracking for website analytics adhering to data privacy and cookie compliance rules
  • Create CMS user guides and conduct CMS trainings with client partners upon launch of new websites

Requirements:

  • 1+ year of experience in website support, user experience or a related field
  • Experience with CMS platforms
  • Understanding of website analytics and Tag Manager implementation
  • Knowledge of SEO and metadata best practices
  • Familiarity with website accessibility guidelines and regulations
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with team members
  • Excellent project management skills and attention to detail
