Are you detail-oriented, digitally savvy, and passionate about creating high-quality websites? We’re looking for a Website Executive to join our Website Product team within Marketing to play a key role in maintaining and improving our customer-facing websites. In this role, you’ll maintain the Admiral websites in our content management system (CMS). You will complete day‑to‑day updates to content and web page layouts while working closely with product, editorial, design, development and marketing teams to ensure the site remains accurate, engaging, and fully aligned with brand, accessibility, and compliance standards. You will also contribute to wider website improvements by supporting and collaborating with the Website Product team and cross‑functional teams to audit the site, drive ongoing enhancements, resolve issues, and analyse website performance to support a seamless and high‑quality customer experience.
Job Responsibility:
Create, edit and publish website changes from briefs submitted using CMS platforms often via editing inline HTML
Plan and manage regular site-wide content updates aligned with marketing and product launches
Deliver, manage and action a backlog of website updates to maintain accuracy and live-site quality
Ensure all content meets brand, accessibility and regulatory standards when supplied by the content and editorial teams
Support Product Owners with gathering requirements, testing new website functionality and managing stakeholder relationships
Troubleshoot CMS issues with technical teams
Maintain CMS documentation and deliver training for new editors
Monitor and audit website content for accuracy, consistency and compliance
Track and report website performance such as cookies, speed and best practice
Suggest improvements to website content workflows and editorial processes
Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the website and customer experience
Requirements:
At least one year of proven and hands-on experience using enterprise CMS platforms to manage websites
At least one year of proven and hands-on experience with editing HTML inline code and snippets with the highest levels of accuracy
Good understanding of accessibility and compliance requirements for digital content
Basic understanding of SEO and how it applies to web content
Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail and a strong focus on content accuracy
Strong communicator with the ability to collaborate across different teams and confidently deliver training
Demonstrates a strong self‑starter mindset, taking responsibility for managing their own workload and delivering tasks at pace using their own initiative
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, agile environment
Willingness to learn new tools, marketing best practices and adapt to changing priorities
Passionate about websites and website technologies
Nice to have:
Experience creating, maintaining and delivering CMS training materials
Experience of contributing to the transition of a new technology stack
Practical understanding of agile and lean ways of working
Collaborating with marketing teams spanning design, content writers, UX, SEO and advertising
Experience of working within a regulated environment
Experience with website optimisation and performance monitoring
Familiarity with collaborative project management platforms and ticketing systems
