Job Description:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Website Designer & Developer to design, build, and maintain engaging, responsive websites for our company and clients. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for aesthetics, UX/UI design, and clean front-end development practices. They should also have a working knowledge of WordPress, web performance optimization, and cross-platform compatibility.

Job Responsibility:

Design visually appealing, user-friendly websites aligned with brand identity and business goals
Develop and maintain websites using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and WordPress (or other CMS platforms)
Create mockups, wireframes, and prototypes as needed
Ensure mobile responsiveness and cross-browser compatibility
Collaborate with marketing and content teams to ensure cohesive messaging
Regularly test and update websites to enhance performance and security
Refine site speed and implement SEO best practices
Manage hosting environments and domain setups
Maintain consistency in branding, layout, and design standards
Troubleshoot issues and bugs on time

Requirements:

Proven experience in website design and front-end development
Website designer – at least 2 years of experience
Ability in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and responsive frameworks like Bootstrap
Solid understanding of UX/UI principles
Experience with CMS platforms (WordPress preferred)
Strong visual design skills and familiarity with Adobe XD, Figma, or similar tools
Basic SEO knowledge and web performance optimization
Effective communication and collaboration skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Familiarity with Google Analytics and basic A/B testing tools is a plus

Nice to have:

E-commerce website design/development
Experience with motion graphics or animation (e.g., Lottie, WEB flow animations)
Working knowledge of Git or version control
Experience working in an agency or client-facing environment
