Job Description

We are looking for a Website Coordinator to join a retail e-commerce team in San Francisco, California on a Contract basis. This role supports day-to-day web operations across global online storefronts, helping ensure content is accurate, launches are delivered on time, and site updates are completed smoothly. The position is ideal for someone who is highly detail-oriented, comfortable working in fast-paced digital environments, and experienced with Salesforce Commerce Cloud and website content management.

Job Responsibility

  • Manage recurring content updates and merchandising changes across multiple global e-commerce websites
  • Maintain product, category, and editorial pages by entering, revising, and publishing content within Salesforce Commerce Cloud tools
  • Support site enhancement initiatives by updating page components, preparing new content placements, and assisting with feature setup
  • Carry out high-volume changes across numerous regional pages while preserving consistency and accuracy
  • Refresh website content to support promotions, product launches, and seasonal campaign activity
  • Work with creative, marketing, and other cross-functional stakeholders to collect assets, confirm details, and deliver updates correctly
  • Use project tracking systems such as Jira to monitor assignments, manage tickets, and coordinate handoffs
  • Apply basic code snippets or structured content elements carefully within content management and back-office platforms as needed

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud, including Page Designer within Business Manager
  • Background in e-commerce site operations and day-to-day website content execution
  • Proficiency with CMS and web content management processes
  • Strong accuracy and quality assurance skills with close attention to detail
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with marketing, creative, product, and other cross-functional teams
  • Comfort performing repetitive website updates across multiple pages or regional sites
  • Familiarity with Jira or similar workflow and ticketing tools is preferred
  • Exposure to multi-site or multi-region e-commerce environments and basic HTML or code handling is a plus
