Job Description

We are looking for a Website & Analytics Senior Manager to lead digital performance and website operations for a mission-driven non-profit organization in Denver, Colorado. This contract opportunity with potential for a permanent role is ideal for someone who combines strong WordPress expertise with advanced analytics skills and can turn site data into practical recommendations that strengthen engagement and support conversions. In this highly visible role, you will work closely with executive leadership and partner across marketing, public relations, and program teams to improve the organization's digital presence and user experience.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead day-to-day administration of the WordPress site, including content updates, page enhancements, usability improvements, and overall site performance
  • Create, maintain, and refine reporting dashboards using Google Analytics, BigQuery, and Power BI to provide clear visibility into digital results
  • Analyze website traffic, audience behavior, and conversion activity to identify opportunities that increase engagement and donation performance
  • Maintain site quality by resolving broken links, managing redirects, improving page hygiene, and supporting continuous process optimization
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure website content supports campaign goals, public relations initiatives, social activity, and program messaging
  • Oversee website security practices, compliance standards, and operational workflows to support a stable and reliable digital environment
  • Coordinate with external vendors and internal partners to move digital projects forward and ensure timely execution of key initiatives
  • Translate complex analytics into actionable insights and recommendations for leadership and cross-functional teams

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in website management, digital analytics, or a related function
  • Strong hands-on experience managing and optimizing WordPress websites, including user experience improvements and page development
  • Demonstrated ability to work with Google Analytics, BigQuery, and Power BI to build meaningful dashboards and performance reporting
  • Proven success improving website outcomes such as traffic quality, user engagement, conversions, or online donations
  • Ability to balance technical execution with creative thinking in a fast-moving environment with changing priorities
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present data findings in a clear, actionable way to varied audiences
  • Experience working with nonprofit or mission-focused organizations is preferred
  • Familiarity with platforms such as Blackbaud or Raiser's Edge is a plus
