Robert Half Marketing and Creative has a client in the higher ed space that is looking for a creative, tech‑savvy communicator to help elevate its digital presence and support the tools that power the student experience. If you enjoy blending design, web management, and smart tech solutions, this role is for you.

Job Responsibility:

  • Manage and update OIA websites, email campaigns, templates, and digital content
  • Support integrations with tools like Canvas, Formstack, OnBase, Acuity, and Zapier
  • Assist with CRM workflows and student reporting/application systems
  • Use Google Analytics to track performance and share insights
  • Provide tech support, training, and troubleshooting across platforms
  • Maintain social media, organize multimedia assets, and assist with photography
  • Support webinars, presentations, and event tech setups

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, web design, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 1+ year of experience with Adobe Creative Suite, HTML/CSS, SharePoint, and social media
  • Portfolio showcasing professional digital or design work

Nice to have:
