Job Description:

We’re looking for a versatile digital marketer who can bridge web management and performance marketing. The role involves maintaining and optimizing our Webflow site, building landing pages in Webflow or HubSpot, and running paid campaigns across Meta, Google, and LinkedIn. You’ll ensure our online presence is fast, conversion-driven, and data-informed.

Job Responsibility:

Manage and optimize the company website using Webflow to ensure great UX and brand consistency
Design and build landing pages in Webflow or HubSpot to support lead generation and campaign goals
Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns on Meta, Google, and LinkedIn
Set up and monitor tags, pixels, and analytics dashboards to measure and improve performance
Analyze key metrics to inform optimization and ROI improvements
Collaborate with design, content, and marketing teams on integrated digital initiatives
Ensure seamless integration between the website, HubSpot, and advertising platforms

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
Fluent English (spoken and written)
Proven experience with Webflow and HubSpot
Hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
Strong analytical and data-driven mindset
Familiarity with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and SEO best practices
Detail-oriented, proactive, and adaptable
