We are seeking a highly motivated and performance-driven Webinar & Demand Generation Specialist to join our growing marketing team. In this role, you will take clear ownership of Valutico’s webinar program as our primary growth channel, designing, running, and continuously optimising webinars that generate high-quality demo bookings. Alongside this, you will ensure that inbound demand converts smoothly and efficiently into sales conversations.
Job Responsibility:
Own and elevate Valutico’s webinar program as a core growth engine, with clear accountability for performance and pipeline impact
Design, plan, and optimise webinar formats, topics, narratives, and cadence to maximise engagement and conversion
Continuously refine webinar invitation strategies, including audience targeting, messaging, timing, and reminder flows
Design and manage re-engagement email campaigns, using targeted messaging (such as newsletters and other content formats) to re-activate interest and drive demo re-bookings
Build, test, and optimise follow-up and nurture email campaigns that move engaged leads into sales conversations
Maintain and improve inbound demand and booking flows, including website landing or booking pages and post-booking email sequences
Drive conversion across the full inbound funnel, from initial engagement through to booked demos, across webinars, email campaigns, and website flows
Work closely with sales to align on demand generation strategy, lead quality, feedback loops, and re-engagement efforts
Track, analyse, and report on key performance metrics across demand generation and conversion campaigns
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in B2B marketing with a strong focus on webinars or event-driven demand generation
Proven hands-on experience owning, running, and optimising webinars end-to-end
A highly motivated self-starter who takes ownership and thrives in a performance-driven environment
Strong understanding of lead nurturing and conversion mechanics, especially post-webinar
Experience with CRM tools and email automation platforms (HubSpot or similar)
Comfort working with data, metrics, and experimentation to improve webinar outcomes
Clear, confident written communication skills for invitations, reminders, and follow-up emails
Strong organisational skills and ability to collaborate effectively with sales and marketing teams
