Salt Search has partnered with a leading global SaaS company that drives digital innovation in 150+ markets. Reporting to the Head of Content APJ in Sydney, you will help shape and deliver webinar content for a leading AI product suite. You’ll take global messaging and adapt it for local APAC audiences, ensuring it resonates across diverse markets and cultures.

Job Responsibility

  • Content Strategy & Localisation: Transform global webinar content into engaging, locally relevant stories for JAPAC audiences. Localise and adapt presentations across Tier 1 languages, ensuring accuracy and cultural nuance
  • Speaker Management & Coaching: Build and nurture a network of JAPAC speakers and subject matter experts. Coach presenters on messaging, narrative flow, and delivery best practices
  • Live Webinar Execution: Lead webinar flow, manage audience Q&A, and adjust content in real time based on engagement and technical signals. Partner with technical producers to ensure seamless platform setup, monitoring, and troubleshooting
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with field, digital, campaign, and production teams to align on promotion, registration goals, and follow-up activities. Manage relationships with translation partners to ensure quality and consistency across all localised content

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in webinars, events, field marketing, content strategy localisation
  • B2B SaaS, marketing tech or agency background (working for tech clients) – JAPAC experience is a bonus
  • Strong webinar production background and confidence in coaching speakers
  • Exceptional organisational skills and ability to manage multiple concurrent webinar series
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Experience working with technical webinar platforms and live production teams
  • Calm, solutions-focused mindset when navigating live event challenges
  • Proactive, independent, and detail-oriented
