Job Description:

At Webflow, our mission is to bring development superpowers to everyone. As the pioneer of the Website Experience Platform (WXP), we’re redefining how teams Build, Manage, and Optimize for the web — combining visual development, powerful content management systems, AI-driven personalization, seamless hosting, and end-to-end analytics in a single, unified platform. With AI at the core, Webflow helps teams move faster, create more performant digital experiences, and scale without heavy engineering support. From independent designers and creative agencies to global enterprises, hundreds of thousands of organizations use Webflow to turn ideas into reality — and to power what’s possible on the web. We’re looking for a strategic Lead Solutions Architect with proven post-sales consulting experience and a wealth of expertise in web development to lead our most strategic enterprise accounts. Unlike mid-level roles focused on adoption and onboarding, this role is about driving long-term strategy at scale. You’ll operate as a trusted advisor to executives and technical leaders, influence product direction, and ensure Webflow is embedded as a critical platform in enterprise environments.

Job Responsibility:

  • Serve as the strategic technical advisor for enterprise customers from onboarding through long-term scale
  • Lead executive and developer-level conversations on architecture, integrations, performance, and security
  • Translate business requirements into detailed enterprise implementation and growth plans
  • Cultivate and deepen executive relationships to ensure Webflow adoption across entire organizations
  • Influence Webflow’s roadmap by surfacing enterprise-scale insights and feedback
  • Build and contribute enterprise frameworks, playbooks, and architectural standards that drive repeatable success across accounts

Requirements:

  • BS / BA college degree or relevant experience
  • 5–7+ years of experience in Solutions Architecture, Sales Engineering, or Technical Consulting with an enterprise post-sales focus
  • Wealth of web development expertise, spanning HTML, CSS, React, JavaScript, APIs, infrastructure, and enterprise-scale architecture
  • Track record of leading strategic accounts, influencing at both executive and technical levels
  • Ability to bridge technical and non-technical conversations, with the ability to frame Webflow’s value in business outcomes
  • Operate with autonomy in complex, high-visibility customer engagements, prioritizing effectively and delivering results
  • Vast experience with, or the technical aptitude to quickly learn, core concepts and tools related to front-end web development (including programming languages such as HTML, CSS, React, and JavaScript), APIs, hosting and infrastructure, Enterprise Architecture, CRO and digital marketing, SEO, UX and UI design, and security
  • Open-minded with a bias toward growth, engaging in opportunities to learn, expand your current scope, and consider differing opinions
  • Stay curious and open to growth — actively building fluency in emerging technologies like AI
What we offer:
  • Equity ownership (RSUs) in a growing, privately-owned company
  • 100% employer-paid healthcare, vision, and dental insurance coverage for full-time employees and their dependents
  • 12 weeks of paid parental leave for both birthing and non-birthing caregivers, as well as an additional 6-8 weeks of pregnancy disability leave for birthing parents
  • Flexible PTO for all locations and sabbatical program
  • Access to mental wellness and professional coaching, therapy, and Employee Assistance Program
  • Monthly stipends to support work and wellness
  • 401k plan or pension schemes
  • CPA and financial advisor coverage
