Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Webflow Developer to join our dynamic team in San Diego, California. In this role, you will collaborate with designers and developers to build custom websites, ensure brand consistency, and deliver high-quality designs tailored to client needs. This position offers the opportunity to work on diverse projects, ranging from custom builds to templated sites, while maintaining a focus on responsive design and functionality.

Job Responsibility:

  • Develop custom websites using Webflow, ensuring alignment with client specifications and brand guidelines
  • Adapt and implement templated sites by applying typography, fonts, and branding elements provided by clients or internal teams
  • Manage ongoing web requests, including updates to text, images, and functionality improvements
  • Collaborate with the design team to translate Figma designs into fully functional websites
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to responsive design and mobile compatibility
  • Handle complex client requests, such as creating before-and-after pages, while adhering to project timelines
  • Perform global searches and manage website updates as required
  • Ensure quick turnaround times for projects, maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency
  • Utilize HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to enhance website functionality while working within Webflow's no-code platform
  • Coordinate with internal teams to maintain a cohesive and collaborative work environment

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in web development, with at least 4 years specializing in Webflow
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • Prior experience working in a creative agency environment, demonstrating a strong ability to collaborate and adapt
  • Proven ability to deliver high-quality website builds within tight deadlines
  • Strong understanding of responsive design principles and mobile-first development
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented mindset
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining focus and organization
  • Strong interpersonal skills to contribute to a positive team culture
