Job Description:

We're hiring a Webflow Designer & Developer Lead to own our marketing website end to end. You design it, you build it, you ship it. No handoffs, no waiting around. If you can concept a page, work collaboratively with a great team, make said page beautiful, and bring it to life in Webflow, this is your role. You'll work closely with our Brand and Marketing team to ship landing pages, product pages, campaign microsites, and interactive experiences. We move fast and we care a lot about craft, so you should too. This is a high-impact role at a company building a brand new category in AI. You'll join a nerdy team of low-ego, phenomenal talent and have real ownership over how AirOps shows up to the world.

Job Responsibility:

  • Own the AirOps marketing website end to end: design, development, and ongoing optimization, all in Webflow
  • Support the team by tackling smaller day-to-day requests and helping educate and empower others at the company to be successful in Webflow
  • Sweat the details by optimizing for performance, accessibility, responsiveness, and SEO + AEO best practices
  • Work smarter by integrating AI tools and MCPs into your workflow to move faster and do more

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience designing and building marketing websites, with deep expertise in Webflow [in-house experience preferred]
  • A strong portfolio that demonstrates both visual design skill and technical Webflow execution
  • Ability to work autonomously from concept through launch with minimal direction
  • Experience building responsive, performant sites with clean, maintainable Webflow structures
  • Comfort working in Figma for design collaboration and in Webflow for production
  • Familiarity with SEO fundamentals and how site architecture impacts discoverability
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative, low-ego working style

Nice to have:

  • Experience with animation tools (Lottie, GSAP, native Webflow interactions)
  • Familiarity with AI tools, and MCPs and integrating them across the stack
  • Familiarity with integrating third-party tools (analytics, forms, CMS APIs) into Webflow
What we offer:
  • Equity in a fast-growing startup
  • Competitive benefits package tailored to your location
  • Flexible time off policy
  • Parental Leave
  • A fun-loving and (just a bit) nerdy team that loves to move fast
