Robert Half has a client that is looking for a Webex Contact Center Systems Engineer. This position is a contract to begin but open because of a departing long term employee and has the potential to turn into an internal role. They need someone to own the administration of their Webex Contact Center tool as the primary focus and it's considered a strong bonus if you have experience with the AI agent within Contact Center.

Requirements
Hands-on knowledge of Cisco Webex Contact Center administration
Technologies, including networking fundamentals and firewall administration
Experience working with Microsoft Azure and cloud-based infrastructure components
Ability to troubleshoot infrastructure issues at an intermediate to advanced support level
Understanding of systems engineering or infrastructure architecture principles
Strong collaboration skills for working with engineers, architects, and operational teams
Nice to have
Cisco Webex Contact Center AI Agent experience a strong 'nice to have'
Azure instance build experience a bonus
Cisco Meraki support experience a bonus
