Job Description

Execute weekly campaigns for multi projects (airdrops, AMAs, competitions, referral drives). Manage content calendar across all channels (X, Telegram, Discord…). Conduct multi-channel marketing campaigns. Work closely with CMs, KOLs to ensure engagement activities run smoothly. Track, analyze, and report marketing performance to optimize campaign effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing (growth, performance marketing) — experience in Web3 / crypto/blockchain is a must
  • Deep understanding of Web3 concepts: NFTs, DeFi, DAO, tokenomics, smart contracts, blockchain networks, wallet interoperability
  • Proficiency in English & Vietnamese (written + spoken)
  • Strong analytical skills
  • comfortable with metrics, dashboarding, A/B testing, and cohort analysis
  • Experience working cross-functionally (product, dev, design, operations)
  • Creative mindset, strong content sense, and ability to think of viral marketing ideas
  • Self-driven, adaptable in a fast-moving startup environment
  • Good communication, negotiation skills
