The Global Customer Capabilities & Innovation (GCCI) team is looking for an experienced Senior Associate, Web Strategy & Operations (WSO). GCCI delivers efficient and consistent quality global marketing assets that scale across multiple channels & markets. As part of the GCCI, the Senior Associate provides integrated end-to-end program and project management to ensure successful delivery of websites and bring thought leadership and drive delivery.
Job Responsibility:
Strategic Web Project Lead: Support the coordination and execution of cross-functional web programs across GCCI WSO
Portfolio Prioritization & Planning: Own quarterly portfolio intake and prioritization across web initiatives
Cross-Functional Coordination: Assist in alignment and day-to-day coordination across cross-functional teams
Program Governance & Risk Management: Oversee program health across initiatives by monitoring delivery progress, governance adherence, documentation standards
Website Performance & Analytics: Support the tracking and reporting of KPIs by analyzing web traffic, user behavior, and SEO metrics
Quality Assurance & Testing: Partner with stakeholders to conduct functional testing and ensure adherence to agile web development processes
Capability Enablement & Portfolio Optimization: Continuously assess and optimize the web portfolio
Compliance, Risk & Operational Resilience: Ensure compliance with regulatory, legal, and brand standards across all web initiatives
Requirements:
Doctorate degree
Master's degree and 2 years of digital or web project management experience
Bachelor's degree and 4 years of digital or web project management experience
Associate's degree and 10 years of digital or web project management experience
High school diploma / GED and 12 years of digital or web project management experience
Nice to have:
Digital Program / Project Management Expertise: 3+ years of experience managing end-to-end digital and website lifecycle projects
Agile & Program Management: Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (preferably SAFe) with experience managing website roadmaps and continuous improvement initiatives
Proficient in Program / Project Management tools such as JIRA, ServiceNow, Confluence, and Google Analytics
Stakeholder & Vendor Management: Proven ability to negotiate priorities, manage expectations, and build productive relationships
Regulatory & Technical Acumen: Experience operating in regulated industries (preferably pharma) with understanding of compliance requirements
Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG), privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA), web technologies (e.g. HTML, CSS), and industry best practices
Documentation & Governance: Experience developing detailed project documentation and translating business requirements into technical specifications
