Job Description:

We are looking for a Web & SEO Manager to support website production, SEO execution, and analytics implementation across multiple client accounts. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role ideal for someone ready to take ownership of deliverables while working under the guidance of senior strategists and account leads. The role is weighted toward WordPress web production, with additional responsibility for SEO implementation and GA4/GTM tracking support.

Job Responsibility:

  • Build, update, and maintain websites using WordPress and common page builders (Elementor, WPBakery, Gutenberg, etc.)
  • Produce and manage basic email marketing campaigns, including creating email journeys, building templates, and executing sends using platforms such as Mailchimp
  • Implement designs and page layouts with attention to usability, responsiveness, and performance
  • Apply on-page SEO best practices during page creation and site updates
  • Conduct quality assurance testing across browsers and devices
  • Perform keyword research and support content planning initiatives
  • Implement on-page SEO optimizations (metadata, headings, internal linking, content updates)
  • Assist with technical SEO tasks such as: Site audits and crawl analysis
  • Indexing and search console issues
  • Core Web Vitals improvements (in coordination with dev teams)
  • Support content optimization and SEO best practices across client sites
  • Review blog and on-page content
  • Develop SEO content outlines and briefs to hand off to copywriters
  • Monitor rankings and site performance using standard SEO tools
  • Assist with the setup and maintenance of GA4 properties
  • Implement and test Google Tag Manager (GTM) events and conversion tracking
  • Validate tracking accuracy for forms, key interactions, and marketing campaigns
  • Support reporting by pulling insights from GA4 and other analytics tools
  • Document tracking implementations and changes
  • Work closely with SEO strategists, developers, designers, and account teams
  • Support senior team members with execution and technical implementation
  • Participate in internal planning, QA, and knowledge-sharing sessions
  • Contribute to process improvements and documentation

Requirements:

  • 3–5+ years of experience in web production, SEO, or digital marketing
  • Hands-on experience with WordPress and at least one major page builder
  • Working knowledge of SEO fundamentals, including on-page and technical basics
  • Experience using GA4 and Google Tag Manager for event and conversion tracking
  • Familiarity with SEO and analytics tools (e.g., Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog)
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Agency experience or experience supporting multiple websites
