Job Description

The Web Producer / Web Publisher plays a critical role in executing and maintaining content across our digital properties. This role ensures all web experiences meet brand standards, accessibility requirements, and performance best practices. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, technically proficient in a WordPress content management system and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This individual will serve as the executional bridge between content creators, designers, SEO strategists, and web developers—ensuring content is correctly published, optimized, and updated in alignment with business goals and governance standards.

Job Responsibility

  • Build and publish web pages, blog posts, and landing pages using our WordPress CMS
  • Ensure all content is accurate, on-brand, mobile-optimized, and compliant with SEO best practices
  • Source, format, and upload images, videos, PDFs, and other media in alignment with brand guidelines
  • Partner with internal stakeholders (content, design, SEO, product marketing, legal) to execute on web content requests through Asana intake workflows
  • Help enforce content standards and publishing processes in alignment with web governance policies

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in a digital publishing or web production role
  • Proficiency with WordPress CMS
  • Basic HTML/CSS familiarity and understanding of responsive design principles
  • Strong eye for detail, visual consistency, and UX/UI best practices
  • Experience with SEO basics, web analytics (e.g., GA4), and accessibility standards
  • Excellent communication and time management skills

Nice to have

  • Experience in a B2B or multi-brand organization
  • Knowledge of web governance frameworks or content operations models
