Job Description:

Knorr Marketing is seeking a Web Operations Specialist. Our Team is growing – Join our team where your talent meets purpose, and every teammate shapes our success.

Job Responsibility:

Project & Support Management
Client Engagement & Support
Website Reporting & Quality Assurance
New Website Builds
Search Performance Management

Requirements:

Manage all website change requests
Track and follow up on support requests in project management system daily
Regularly check in with web clients on their experience with their website
Inform clients about new features and digital products
Maintain 1-2 client touchpoints per month
Send and discuss monthly website reports with clients
Regularly review websites for issues and assist with QA during launches
Serve as the main point of contact for new builds
Conduct product walkthroughs and answer client questions
Coordinate with web, art, and billing teams to ensure project completion
Set up analytics and monitor site indexing
Track and optimize search performance
