We are an IT company, JATAPP, creating products that are used by millions of users from all over the world. Our portfolio already includes 20+ different products exclusively in white niches: Business, Utilities, Lifestyle, Cybersecurity, and Education. We are looking for an experienced Web/Mobile Product Manager to help develop our cross-platform product with a hybrid monetization model in the fiction niche - FictionMe. You will not only be part of a dynamic team, but also have a broad context in terms of your potential impact on all aspects and metrics of the product with a gamified transactional monetization model.

Job Responsibility:

  • Conducting market and competitor research to better understand niche trends and reader needs
  • Researching and optimizing readers' user journeys to improve their user experience
  • Researching and optimizing the performance of the application library to find product growth points
  • Generating hypotheses, conducting A/B tests and evaluating their results to improve product metrics
  • Controlling and being responsible for product development processes
  • Developing new directions in the product together with the team
  • Taking care of the web part of the product and partly mobile

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager, with successful product scaling cases
  • Experience conducting qualitative and quantitative interviews of varying complexity (survey creation, finding respondents, etc.)
  • Experience working with different monetization models in the product (transactional, subscription, advertising)
  • English proficiency at B2+ level
  • Basic understanding of patterns in UX/UI
  • Experience in setting goals and communicating with the development and analytics team
  • Experience in formulating hypotheses, planning and preparing A/B tests
  • Experience with web and mobile
  • Proficiency in high-quality execution skills
