Job Description:

Crusoe.ai is looking for a Web Marketing Manager to serve as the strategic and analytical engine of our digital presence. This role is designed for a data-first marketer who thrives at the intersection of Organic Discovery (SEO/AEO) and Performance Analytics. Your mission is to maximize Crusoe's visibility in search and AI engines while building the data infrastructure that proves the business impact of our web initiatives. You will not just report on trends; you will turn search data into actionable roadmaps that steer our content, campaigns, and product direction.

Job Responsibility:

  • Own the technical SEO/AEO roadmap, focusing on site architecture, advanced schema markup, and citability by AI engines
  • Monitor and optimize Crusoe’s presence in generative search (Perplexity, ChatGPT, Claude, etc.)
  • Conduct deep-dive competitive analysis to identify organic 'white space' opportunities
  • Own the web data stack by ensuring Google Analytics 4, Search Console, and SEO tools are properly configured, integrated, and serving as a single source of truth
  • Build and maintain automated dashboards that visualize site health, conversions, and granular ranking trends
  • Regularly present search data to the broader marketing team to identify emerging trends and steer the content calendar
  • Partner with the Demand Gen team to align paid and organic strategies
  • Advocate for data-backed feature naming, technical documentation, and product-led content
  • Translate data-backed optimizations into high-priority technical requirements for the web engineering backlog

Requirements:

  • 4+ years in a technical SEO or Web Marketing Analytics role, ideally in-house at a B2B tech or AI company
  • Expert-level knowledge of GA4, GTM (Google Tag Manager), and SEO platforms (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Botify)
  • Ability to visualize complex datasets in Looker Studio to drive executive decision-making
  • Deep understanding of how crawlers and LLMs process web content, with the ability to diagnose technical issues (rendering, indexing, schema) independently
  • Analyst mindset
  • Expert data storyteller
What we offer:
  • Restricted Stock Units
  • Health insurance package options that include HDHP and PPO, vision, and dental for you and your dependents
  • Employer contributions to HSA accounts
  • Paid Parental Leave
  • Paid life insurance, short-term and long-term disability
  • Teladoc
  • 401(k) with a 100% match up to 4% of salary
  • Generous paid time off and holiday schedule
  • Cell phone reimbursement
  • Tuition reimbursement
  • Subscription to the Calm app
  • MetLife Legal
  • Company paid commuter benefit
  • $300/month
