Job Description

Fivetran is building data pipelines to power the modern data stack for thousands of companies. We’re looking for a Web Marketing Manager to join our Web team within the Product-Led Growth (PLG) Revenue organization. This is an individual contributor role focused on experimentation and web page optimization. You will help run our website as a core growth surface and measurable revenue driver. You will own and continuously improve core web surfaces on fivetran.com like the Homepage and Navigation. You will partner cross-functionally to align business objectives with web best practices and high-velocity execution. This role requires a keen eye for the user experience, an analytical skill set, and a strong eagerness to learn, test, and iterate quickly.

Job Responsibility

  • Own and continuously optimize high-impact surfaces on fivetran.com (ex: Homepage, Navigation, Interactive Demo, key conversion flows) to drive measurable improvements in conversion rates
  • Own and optimize the Website Chat as a high-impact growth channel
  • Execute a structured experimentation program: identifying opportunities to optimize through data, writing briefs to design the test, and analyzing performance
  • Translate web data and user behavior into clear insights and actionable recommendations that improve funnel performance and UX. Partner closely with Web Design to translate website plans into designed experiences
  • Work directly in Webflow to ship updates quickly, including page edits, UX improvements, and copy changes. Work with our web developer to build more complex experiences
  • Write clear and actionable business requirement documents (BRDs) for web initiatives to align stakeholders on goals, milestones, and success metrics
  • Partner closely with Product Marketing, Demand Gen, Brand, and Product to execute GTM priorities on the website

Requirements

  • Experience optimizing web experiences that drive measurable business outcomes (trial signups and demo requests that ultimately increase ARR)
  • Strong experience with conversion rate optimization (CRO) and experimentation, including designing and analyzing A/B tests
  • Hands-on experience working in CMS platforms like Webflow (or similar), with a willingness to jump in and make changes directly without extensive development support
  • Strong understanding of user experience principles, with the ability to identify friction and take action to improve it
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills, influencing and collaborating with teams across Marketing, Product, Analytics, and Brand
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics with experience translating data into actionable insights
  • Bias for action and strong organization skills: you move fast and prioritize sharply. You have an inbox-zero personality
  • Curiosity and growth-orientation: you actively seek feedback, test new ideas, and continuously look for ways to improve

Nice to have

  • Work experience in PLG-driven growth environments
  • Experience working directly with web development
  • Experience managing localization vendors and workflows
  • Experience with user testing tools and user research

What we offer

  • 100% employer-paid medical insurance*
  • Generous paid time-off policy (PTO), plus paid sick time, inclusive parental leave policy, holidays, and volunteer days off
  • RSU stock grants*
  • Professional development and training opportunities
  • Company virtual happy hours, free food, and fun team-building activities
  • Monthly cell phone stipend
  • Access to an innovative mental health support platform that offers personalized care and resources in areas such as: therapy, coaching, and self-guided mindfulness exercises for all covered employees and their covered dependents
