As our Web Graphic Designer, you will play a key role in shaping the visual identity of our web presence across multiple products. You will be responsible for designing high-converting landing pages, marketing assets, and digital creatives that elevate our brand and enhance user experience. Job Responsibility:
Landing Page Visual Assets: Create compelling visuals and graphic elements for landing pages that effectively communicate product value and support marketing goals
Creative Banner Design: Design high-impact static and animated banners for digital campaigns across multiple channels, ensuring strong visual appeal and performance alignment
Performance Marketing Support: Collaborate closely with the marketing and growth teams to produce campaign-focused creatives optimized for paid channels such as Meta, Google, TikTok, and other digital platforms
Brand Consistency & Visual Storytelling: Maintain and strengthen brand identity across all creative outputs, ensuring consistency in style, tone, and messaging
Creative Adaptation: Adapt key visuals into multiple formats and sizes for different platforms and campaign needs, ensuring visual consistency and high-quality execution across all digital touchpoints
Trend & Competitor Research: Stay up to date with digital design and advertising trends. Analyze competitor creatives to identify opportunities for differentiation and innovation
Fast-Paced Creative Execution: Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a performance-driven environment, delivering high-quality assets within tight deadlines
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Visual Communication Design, Graphic Design, Digital Design, or related fields
2+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably within a product-based or performance-driven environment
Strong portfolio showcasing landing pages, product UI showcase, and digital marketing assets (2D motion graphics is a bonus)
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, After Effects, and Adobe Creative Suite
Experience adapting existing web UI assets into new static and motion design concepts and deliverables
Ability to create new design elements while maintaining the brand’s design language and leveraging AI tools
Solid understanding of graphic design, UX/UI principles, responsive design, and conversion-focused design strategies, with a strong desire to grow in motion design and 2D UI animation
Ability to balance creativity with data-driven thinking
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams
Attention to detail, strong aesthetic sense, and passion for creating impactful digital experiences
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, global environment
