Requirements

At least one year of experience as a web designer, preferably in the IT industry
A strong portfolio demonstrating your work (required)
English proficiency at B2-C1 level and Russian at B2 level
Expertise in Figma, Photoshop, and Illustrator
Experience incorporating AI tools into your workflow (Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, Unbounce, etc.)
Knowledge of After Effects and/or Blender is a plus
Meticulous attention to detail with deep product immersion and focus on user experience research (analyzing click maps, scroll behavior, interactions, etc.)
Ability to design layouts for books, magazines, and e-books, plus experience developing design systems, illustrations, and presentation materials
Creative and effective approach to solving design challenges
Understanding of current design trends, methods, and technologies with enthusiasm for emerging developments

Job Responsibility

Create design concepts, layouts, and components for company websites and products while following brand guidelines
Support and enhance the usability of existing design components
Develop visual structure, hierarchy, and rhythm to effectively guide user attention
Prepare clickable prototypes for user interface interactions
Design and format content for websites, social media, and other channels
create illustrations, infographics, flowcharts, etc.
Develop design concepts for merchandise, promotional campaigns, presentations, handouts, and other marketing collateral
Design e-books, checklists, and brochures
Support and expand the design system
Basic skills in preparing pre-press files for printing

3-5 years experience in a hands-on, high-volume web or HTML email design and publishing environment (or equivalent)
Photoshop expertise, particularly setting up files for web production and adhering to graphic design standards
Excellent design and typography sensibilities applicable to web pages and HTML email
Familiarity with Sketch and GiT
Solid standards-based HTML, CSS, and general web publishing knowledge
Highly detail oriented, with a drive for perfection down to the last pixel
