Alfa Laval Energy Division Marketing is looking for Web Experience Lead. In this role, you will define and lead the strategy, governance, and roadmap for the Energy Division’s web ecosystem. You will embed SEO and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) into our Web and publishing workflows, guide marketing releases and global rollouts, and use data-driven insights to continuously improve performance. You will own the evolution of the division’s web platforms including user experience, information architecture, technical foundations, and discoverability.
Job Responsibility:
Define and lead the global Energy Division web experience strategy
Drive UX, architecture updates, accessibility, performance, and platform standards in the Energy Division
Manage divisional backlog and releases with Value Streams and the wider marketing organization
Lead SEO and AI-driven discoverability (GEO) for the Energy Division
Embed standards into templates, CMS workflows, and content models
Driving traffic growth, rankings, and visibility
Aligning Business Units and Sales Companies on Energy Division web priorities
Build top performing industry & product pages and launch frameworks for local implementation
Partner with Product, Marketing, Sales, IT, and Analytics
Own Web performance dashboards and benchmarking
Identify gaps vs competitors and drive improvement initiatives
Improve engagement, task completion, and platform efficiency
Requirements:
Master’s/bachelor’s in digital, Marketing, Information Science, Computing or similar
8+ years managing large Web ecosystems and enterprise SEO (B2B and/or B2C)
Technical SEO, IA/UX literacy, GA4/Adobe, tag governance
Documented GEO experience
Excellent English skills both written and spoken
Solid Web experience, track-record of delivering Growth in organic traffic and priority rankings
