Requirements

Strong proficiency in front-end technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, modern frameworks like React, Angular, Vue.js) and CMS solutions (liferay, strapi)

Job Responsibility

Define and evolve the technical roadmap for web development, aligning it with business objectives and industry trends
Lead the design and architecture of web applications, ensuring scalability, performance, and security
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the web development team (mainly today outsourced), fostering a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence
Oversee code reviews, ensure adherence to coding standards, and implement best practices for software development life cycle (SDLC)
Collaborate with product owners and business stakeholders to translate functional requirements into technical specifications
Evaluate and recommend new technologies, frameworks, and tools to enhance web development capabilities
Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide solutions to ensure smooth operation of web applications
