Web Development Project Coordinator

• Follow & apply Road9 Media’s standard process of web design & development projects, including all SOPs & quality checklists
• Assure that all internal team members are following the standard process, & provide them with the right guidance to reach this objective
• Continuously update the web development SOPs on the project management tools
• Oversee the whole web design & development process, from initiation towards launching the website
• Develop project plans on project initiation phase & deliver the project timeline to customers
• Continuously gather all requirements from stakeholders, & maintain the right access to reach these requirements
• Develop risk plans for each project, with ambiguities & challenges, & a plan to overcome each of the predicted risks
• Update the projects’ time plans regularly according to each project's updates
• Communicate with customers on a daily basis, for delivering each workable deliverable or update the project plan
• Provide technical support & consultation on customer’s business needs, & implementation planning for each solution
• Oversee & contribute in the content publishing process
• Be responsible for all communication & data throughout the project timeline, presented in any communication form, meetings, emails, documentation, etc
• Run quality checklists on each deliverable & come up with reports & guidance for the rest of the team
• Provide training on the web content management system to the customer, & maintain the dashboard usage guide for each customer

• Minimum 2 years of experience in web development
• Strong background in web development (design & programming)
• Experience in customer communication
• Good background in SEO
• Familiarity with web servers & websites deployment process
• Familiarity with Wordpress admin dashboard
• Punctuality

Familiarity with Wordpress development is a plus
