We are looking for a Web Developer to join a financial services organization in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma on a contract basis with the potential for a permanent role. In this role, you will create and improve modern web applications that serve both customer-facing experiences and internal business tools. Job Responsibility
Build and refine responsive web applications using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to support a seamless user experience across devices
Partner with backend developers and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver intuitive, well-structured front-end solutions
Transform visual concepts and business needs into clean, maintainable code that aligns with usability and quality standards
Improve application speed, scalability, and browser compatibility to ensure consistent performance for end users
Support ongoing updates and front-end improvements across multiple web platforms and digital experiences
Contribute to the development of customer-facing features as well as internal tools that enhance day-to-day operations
Requirements
Strong hands-on experience with HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript, including ES6+ features
Proven ability to create responsive, mobile-first web applications with a focus on usability
Experience working with front-end frameworks
exposure to Vue.js is beneficial
Familiarity with API-driven development and connecting front-end applications to backend services
Understanding of headless content management platforms such as Strapi or comparable tools is preferred
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders
