Job Description:

Web Developer position involved in implementing web-based applications across cross-functional teams, managing systems architecture, and leveraging technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, Workato, and Drupal. Includes leadership and project management responsibilities to ensure successful web implementations.

Job Responsibility:

Manage the development and implementation of web-based applications and systems
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of stakeholders
Serve as the lead architect and administrator for web systems, including security design, application lifecycle management, data integrations, and quality control
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success
Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets
Ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of stakeholders
Provide leadership and guidance to project teams and contractors
Identify and mitigate project risks
Ensure that projects adhere to established standards and best practices
Develop and deploy integration solutions to connect enterprise data sets with enterprise solutions

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field
5+ years of experience in web development
Knowledge of retail eCommerce technologies
Experience managing cross-functional teams
Strong leadership and communication skills
Experience with web application User Experience (UX) design, cross-browser compatibility, and general web functions and standards
Experience with Agile development methodologies
Experience with integration platforms such as Workato and Mule
Familiarity with managing and supporting database, API technologies and creates solutions for identified problems or bugs
Knowledge of web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP
Experience with content management systems such as WordPress and Drupal
Stay plugged into emerging technologies/industry trends and apply them into operations and activities
