Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Web Developer to join our team on a contract basis in Warminster, Pennsylvania. In this role, you will work on dynamic e-commerce projects, leveraging your expertise in full stack development and headless commerce architectures. This position offers the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional digital solutions.

Job Responsibility:

  • Develop and maintain e-commerce websites using Magento 2 / Adobe Commerce, ensuring optimal functionality and user experience
  • Implement shopping cart flows, checkout processes, and catalog management systems to enhance customer journeys
  • Design and integrate APIs, GraphQL queries, and headless architectures to support front-end and back-end connectivity
  • Utilize object-oriented programming principles and software design patterns to create scalable and maintainable code
  • Collaborate with team members using Git version control and CI/CD pipelines for efficient project workflows
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring high performance and reliability of web applications
  • Conduct AB testing to optimize website functionality and user engagement
  • Participate in Agile Scrum practices to plan, develop, and deliver projects on time
  • Manage bug tracking and testing processes using Atlassian Jira
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve development strategies

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of full stack web development experience in an e-commerce environment
  • Proficiency in MySQL, JavaScript ES6, Alpine, and backend development frameworks
  • In-depth knowledge of Magento 2 / Adobe Commerce and headless commerce architectures
  • Strong understanding of APIs, GraphQL, object-oriented programming, and software design patterns
  • Familiarity with Git version control systems and CI/CD pipelines
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced setting
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a team-oriented mindset
