Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Web Developer to join our team in Wilmington, Delaware. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Python and React, along with a passion for creating scalable and efficient web applications. This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain high-quality digital solutions.

Job Responsibility

  • Design and develop web applications using Python frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI
  • Create responsive and dynamic user interfaces with React, ensuring seamless user experiences
  • Optimize web applications for performance, scalability, and security
  • Write clear, maintainable, and well-documented code to ensure long-term usability
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues, including debugging and upgrading existing systems
  • Utilize relational and NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB for data management
  • Implement secure authentication, authorization, and data protection protocols
  • Collaborate with team members to integrate APIs and other third-party services
  • Stay updated on emerging web technologies and incorporate them into projects as needed
  • Participate in code reviews to maintain high development standards

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • Proficiency in Python and React JS, with a proven track record of developing web applications
  • Hands-on experience with web frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI
  • Solid understanding of web technologies, including JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
  • Experience using version control systems like Git
  • Strong knowledge of database design and management, including relational and NoSQL databases
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively
