We are looking for a skilled Web Developer to join our team in Medina, Ohio. In this role, you will create visually appealing and user-friendly websites that support impactful campaigns and initiatives. Job Responsibility:

Design and develop engaging websites that align with campaign goals and organizational objectives
Collaborate with designers, strategists, and other team members to ensure seamless integration of visual elements and functionality
Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
Utilize tools such as Figma, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator to create custom graphics and design components
Conduct regular testing and debugging to optimize website performance and user experience
Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in web development
Ensure that websites meet accessibility standards and are responsive across various devices
Present ideas and solutions to internal teams and clients, incorporating feedback into final deliverables
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and quality standards

Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in web development, with a strong portfolio showcasing relevant work
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with a solid understanding of responsive design principles
Experience with design tools such as Figma, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively
Familiarity with accessibility standards and user-centered design approaches
