Web Developer

• Develop and maintain high-quality, performant, and scalable frontend solutions for our marketing websites and web applications
• Work closely with designers to deliver pixel-perfect, responsive, and accessible user interfaces
• Create smooth animations and interactive experiences using GSAP and other modern animation libraries
• Stay current with the latest frontend innovations and suggest creative technical solutions
• Optimize websites for speed, performance, and cross-browser compatibility
• Write clean, maintainable code using modern JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and SCSS
• Collaborate with backend developers to integrate APIs and other dynamic data sources
• Troubleshoot and resolve frontend issues, ensuring seamless user experiences
• Stay up-to-date with and implement the latest frontend technologies and best practices
• Contribute to server-side rendering and static site generation projects (e.g., Next.js)

• 3+ years of professional web development experience, with a strong emphasis on frontend development
• Strong expertise in JavaScript, React, GSAP, HTML5, CSS3, and SCSS
• Solid experience building animated, interactive, and visually rich web pages
• Hands-on experience with modern frontend frameworks such as React (preferred) or Vue
• Experience building responsive, accessible, and SEO-friendly websites
• Strong knowledge of WordPress and PHP (understanding backend structure to better integrate frontend work)
• Knowledge of web performance optimization, efficient rendering techniques, and frontend build tools
• Experience with Git for version control
• Understanding of server-side rendering and static generation (e.g., Next.js)
• Great eye for design implementation and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• A proactive, “can-do” attitude and passion for frontend innovation

Familiarity with MySQL databases is a plus
