Job Responsibility:

  • Conduct rigorous testing to identify and resolve any design or functionality issues, ensuring flawless execution
  • Maintain comprehensive website project documentation, including design assets, style guides, and technical specifications
  • Stay at the forefront of industry trends and best practices in web design, development, and graphic design, bringing innovative ideas to the team

Requirements:

  • U.S. Citizenship is required
  • Minimum of three years of professional experience in web development, with a strong emphasis on front-end development and modern technology
  • Bachelor’s degree in Web Design, Graphic Design, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and hands-on experience with CMS platforms
  • Knowledge of popular JavaScript frameworks and libraries (e.g., React, Angular, jQuery)
  • Solid understanding of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility
  • Experience with user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) design concepts
  • Familiarity with SEO principles and web accessibility standards (WCAG)
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities, with a proven track record of managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines

Nice to have:

  • Experience in or exposure to the dynamic environment of a startup or entrepreneurial setting
  • Experience with modern visual development platforms for rapid website development and deployment
  • Experience with database integration and dynamic content management
