Job Responsibility:

Develop and implement cutting-edge responsive websites utilizing modern web technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and various CMS platforms
Optimize website performance and functionality across diverse browsers and devices to ensure a seamless user experience
Conduct rigorous testing to identify and resolve any design or functionality issues, ensuring flawless execution
Maintain comprehensive website project documentation, including design assets, style guides, and technical specifications
Stay at the forefront of industry trends and best practices in web design, development, and graphic design, bringing innovative ideas to the team
Collaborate closely with team members and stakeholders, providing expert design recommendations and ensuring project objectives are met
Create and maintain robust design systems and component libraries to guarantee consistent and cohesive web experiences
Implement stringent security best practices, ensuring all websites adhere to modern security standards

Requirements:

U.S. Citizenship is required
Minimum of three years of professional experience in web development, with a strong emphasis on front-end development and modern technology
Bachelor’s degree in Web Design, Graphic Design, Computer Science, or a related field
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and hands-on experience with CMS platforms
Knowledge of popular JavaScript frameworks and libraries (e.g., React, Angular, jQuery)
Solid understanding of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility
Experience with user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) design concepts
Familiarity with SEO principles and web accessibility standards (WCAG)
Excellent problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail
Strong communication and collaboration abilities, with a proven track record of managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines

Nice to have:

Experience in or exposure to the dynamic environment of a startup or entrepreneurial setting
Experience with modern visual development platforms for rapid website development and deployment
Experience with database integration and dynamic content management
Familiarity with wireframing and prototyping tools (e.g., Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD)
Understanding of web analytics implementation and performance optimization techniques
Experience with version control systems (Git) and collaborative development workflows
