About the team + role As a Web Developer, you will lead the web development process and build products from inception to deployment. Job Responsibility:
Create high-quality, performant products that leverage technologies like React, TypeScript, and CSS-in-JS
Own and drive features from inception and design to implementation and launch, being the web expert on your team
Build and improve tools to support Robinhood's operations and platforms, providing leverage across the company
Collaborate with design and product experts to rapidly iterate and ship financial products
Build frameworks and abstractions to materially accelerate and empower other developers
Requirements:
2+ years of full-time professional experience with modern Web standards, technologies, and frameworks
Skilled at writing and efficiently debugging JavaScript in Node and browser environments
Obsessed with building a best-in-class developer experience
Have a track record of successfully leading projects and delivering large scope technical projects at scale
Constantly setting a high standard for code quality, advocating for best practices in testing, and improving code review processes
