Job Description:

This role is a crucial position within UpGuard's marketing team, focusing on enhancing our SaaS website's user experience and visual design. You'll be instrumental in shaping how users interact with our digital presence, from initial discovery to engaging with complex tools and content.

Job Responsibility:

Drive UpGuard's UI/UX Design Forward for website
Design interactive content including online tools and calculators
Collaborate with developers and key project stakeholders
Conduct user research and A/B testing
Maintain design systems and style guides
Optimise for web performance and responsiveness

Requirements:

Proven experience (5+ years) as a Web Designer
Strong portfolio showcasing successful design projects for SaaS websites
Demonstrable expertise in both UI and UX design principles
Hands-on experience designing online tools, calculators, and programmatic or interactive web content
Excellent ability to work effectively within a cross-functional team
Strong skills in industry-standard design tools (e.g., Figma)
Innovative mindset with ability to translate business requirements into creative design solutions

Nice to have:

Understanding of front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and CMS tools
Experience with animation and micro-interactions to enhance user engagement
Familiarity with A/B testing platforms and analytics tools for design optimisation
Experience working in growth marketing
Experience working in a cybersecurity or B2B tech environment
Self-starter attitude with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in fast-paced environment
