Web Designer

• Design visually compelling web pages, digital assets and layouts for global campaigns: programmatic banners, social media, and occasional print
• Deliver work that meets or exceeds international standards for typography, layout, and brand consistency
• Adapt designs for new website platforms, learning and applying platform-specific rules and functionality
• Collaborate remotely with creative leads, confidently interpreting instructions and proactively seeking clarification when needed
• Manage multiple projects under tight deadlines, ensuring all deliverables are error-free and brand-aligned
• Present your design thinking and process clearly to both design and non-design stakeholders

• Minimum of 4 years’ experience as a Graphic Designer or Web Designer
• Portfolio demonstrating advanced digital design for global brands/campaigns with 3–5 examples
• Expert-level skills in typography, layout, and visual hierarchy
• Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma/Sketch
• Strong understanding of responsive/adaptive design, UX, and accessibility
• Proven ability to learn and design within new website platforms and systems
• Experience working with international teams
• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
• Ability to work independently, take ownership, and know when to ask questions

Experience with HTML/CSS/JavaScript, video editing, animation, or rendering packages
