Job Description:

We’re seeking a talented Web Designer with a strong foundation in design principles and a passion for creating engaging digital experiences. The ideal candidate has an eye for aesthetics, a deep understanding of UX/UI best practices, and the ability to craft functional, high-performing websites. Beyond visual design, this role requires problem-solving skills to ensure that each design is both purposeful and user-friendly. You’ll work on various web projects, focusing on usability, accessibility, and brand consistency while enhancing user engagement.

Job Responsibility:

  • Apply key design principles (typography, hierarchy, balance, contrast, proportion) to develop modern, intuitive web interfaces
  • Create high-fidelity mockups and UI components that are both visually appealing and functional
  • Ensure consistency across projects while aligning designs with brand identity and business objectives
  • Develop conversion-focused, user-friendly designs with accessibility in mind
  • Design responsive, mobile-first layouts for seamless cross-device experiences
  • Implement design patterns and best practices to enhance user engagement and retention
  • Work closely with developers to ensure seamless design implementation
  • Provide design documentation, assets, and style guides for efficient collaboration
  • Participate in design reviews and iterations to refine and enhance quality

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in web design, with a portfolio showcasing strong design fundamentals
  • Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite, with expertise in layout, typography, and visual hierarchy
  • Solid understanding of responsive design, accessibility best practices, and UX/UI principles
  • Passion for design with a commitment to delivering high-quality work
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams

Nice to have:

  • Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for better collaboration with developers
  • Experience working within design systems and component-based frameworks
  • Familiarity with WCAG accessibility guidelines and inclusive design principles
  • A problem-solving mindset with a drive for continuous improvement and innovation
