Job Description:

We are seeking a Web & Content Team Lead to lead our Web & Content Team in 3Shape Ukraine office which is an integrated part of Global Marketing organization at 3Shape.

Job Responsibility:

  • Translate strategic direction into clear priorities, processes, and ways of working for the team
  • Support the team in adapting to new ways of working during the ongoing organizational and operational transformation
  • Supervise the day-to-day work of the team, including allocating tasks and managing workload across team members
  • Coach and support team members in their role as web consultants and ensure high quality delivery across web initiatives
  • Align with stakeholders within Global Marketing as well as local markets on web projects and operational priorities
  • Oversee the way we empower and support local markets to execute on web projects locally
  • Ensure strong operational practices for web management across our platforms (Sitecore and Magento)
  • Challenge technical assumptions when needed and help clarify what is possible within the platforms from a technical and process perspective
  • Bring 3Shape’s SEO strategy further and support embedding SEO best practices in the way our web platforms are managed
  • Advise and consult on behalf of the team based on web best practices

Requirements:

  • Strong people management skills with 2+ years of leadership experience, able to unite diverse specialists into a high-performing team, foster professional development, and effectively manage both operational and people-related matters
  • 4-5 years of experience with coordinating or project managing complex web projects
  • Experience supervising, coordinating, or mentoring a team in a digital or web environment
  • Experience with content management systems, preferably Sitecore
  • Experience with SEO strategy and how SEO best practices are implemented operationally on web platforms
  • Good understanding of web development principles and experience collaborating with IT and technical stakeholders
  • You are business-savvy and understand how web platforms support marketing and business objectives
  • You are structured and proactive in the way you organize work and manage priorities
  • You are communicative yet diplomatic, both in verbal and written communication, and comfortable working across cultures
  • You are an analytical problem-solver who can challenge assumptions constructively and find practical solutions
  • You are a team player who can build trust between the team, leadership, and stakeholders
  • You live in Kyiv/Kyiv area and can work from the office a few times a week
