The Web Content Specialist – Medical is responsible for managing and optimizing the Medical business’s digital presence across web platforms. This role ensures a seamless, engaging, and accessible user experience while supporting global marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate combines technical expertise with a strong understanding of modern web technologies, UX, SEO and SGE/AIO.
Job Responsibility:
Oversee daily management and operational health of the Sitecore‑based Pall Medical website, including monitoring, troubleshooting, backups, content updates, and ensuring brand, design, and accessibility compliance
Build, update, and maintain solution hubs, landing pages, blogs, product pages, and campaign pages within Sitecore using modular components and templates. Perform content QA, link checks, responsiveness checks, and accessibility validations before publishing
Manage multi‑language content updates through Sitecore localization workflows, ensuring accurate translations, formatting, and metadata alignment. Support content migration, archiving, and sunsetting to maintain a clean, optimized, and compliant website. Coordinate with regional marketers and translation teams to plan, publish, and govern localized content across global markets
Implement and maintain the tagging infrastructure via Google Tag Manager, including tags, event tracking, and performance monitoring. Ensure SEO excellence and AI readiness by resolving technical blockers (canonicalization, robots, metadata), optimizing IA, refreshing outdated content, and strengthening semantic structure and alt tagging
Manage Pall Medical social media channels as part of cross‑channel content responsibilities. Collaborate cross‑functionally with developers, content creators, IT, and stakeholders, capturing requirements and providing Sitecore training and best‑practice guidance. Stay ahead of evolving AI search trends (SGE, AIO, LLM‑driven search) to enhance discoverability, user engagement, and content governance
Requirements:
3-5+ years of hands‑on experience in web content management, including high‑volume updates, CMS operations, localization workflows, and maintaining accuracy and consistency across pages
Understanding of the technical foundations of the web, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSON, accessibility standards, and how UX principles shape intuitive, compliant, high‑performing digital experiences
Comfortable using Google Tag Manager to implement and manage tracking tags, events, and performance insights
Stay current with digital trends, especially SEO, AI‑driven search (SGE/AIO), and emerging web technologies, applying this knowledge to improve discoverability and content governance
Basic experience managing social media channels or a strong willingness to learn and support cross‑channel content activities
Ability to travel –10 % travel, overnight, within territory or locations
Nice to have:
Sitecore management experience
Familiarity with design and asset systems, including Figma/Adobe tools and Digital Asset Management (DAM) platforms
Experience with global web operations and multi‑language localization
