Web Content & Data Migration Specialist

• Review and organize existing digital files to ensure proper tagging and categorization
• Migrate content from legacy systems to a new document management platform
• Collaborate with team members to ensure accurate and efficient data transfer
• Implement best practices in content management to enhance accessibility and usability
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise during the migration process
• Maintain detailed documentation of migration progress and outcomes
• Test and validate migrated content to ensure it meets quality standards
• Provide recommendations for optimizing workflows related to content management
• Communicate updates and challenges effectively to stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and data security standards

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in web content management or similar roles
• Proficiency in using CMS platforms, including WordPress
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently while meeting deadlines in a contract setting
• Familiarity with digital file tagging and categorization
• Problem-solving skills to identify and address migration-related issues
• Experience with document management systems is a plus
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with team members and stakeholders
