Requirements:
Define Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and build measurement frameworks that align with our business goals
Own the setup and maintenance of Google Tag Manager (GTM) and GA4 (or Adobe Analytics)
Ensure events, conversions, and e-commerce tracking are firing flawlessly
Analyze user behavior, pathing, and drop-off points to identify opportunities for Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)
Build automated, easy-to-digest dashboards in Looker Studio, Tableau, or PowerBI
Conduct regular audits to ensure data integrity and compliance with privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA)
Partner with SEO, Content, and Paid Media teams to attribute success accurately across the full marketing funnel
