Job Description:

A Web Analytics Specialist is essentially the "digital detective" of the team. They don’t just report that traffic is up or down; they explain why it’s happening and where the money is being left on the table. We are looking for a Web Analytics Specialist who lives for "the story behind the data." You won’t just be pulling reports; you’ll be the architect of our tracking ecosystem and the voice of truth for our digital performance. Your goal is to ensure every click is captured correctly and translated into insights that help us optimize our user experience and marketing spend.

Requirements:

  • Define Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and build measurement frameworks that align with our business goals
  • Own the setup and maintenance of Google Tag Manager (GTM) and GA4 (or Adobe Analytics)
  • Ensure events, conversions, and e-commerce tracking are firing flawlessly
  • Analyze user behavior, pathing, and drop-off points to identify opportunities for Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)
  • Build automated, easy-to-digest dashboards in Looker Studio, Tableau, or PowerBI
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure data integrity and compliance with privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA)
  • Partner with SEO, Content, and Paid Media teams to attribute success accurately across the full marketing funnel
